The Association elects annually an Association Chairman (Mike Park) and two Vice Chairmen (Ian Gatt and John Watt), with the daily business of the Association being undertaken by Association Secretaries based in Fraserburgh (George MacRae of MacRae Stephen & Co, Solicitors).
Each Branch of the Association elects annually its own Board Office Bearers, including a Chairman and Committee and the Branch activities are co-ordinated by the Local Committee with local secretarial support.
The Board of the Association elects annually five representatives to attend meetings of SFF to promote Association policy to report to the Board of the Association, the Association Branches and membership relevant SFF policy affecting Association members and to assist in the development of Association policy.
